As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Requirements

At least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activities, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.
Assist with access control and monitor entry points as required by site-specific instructions.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner after each shift or incident.
