As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to promote a sense of security, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner as part of daily responsibilities.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as needed during patrols.
Support emergency response procedures and provide assistance as directed by site management or Allied Universal supervisors.
