Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Devens, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure atmosphere, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related risks.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances within the location.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters.
Work collaboratively with site staff and/or local law enforcement as required during incidents or emergency response situations.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol to help to deter potential threats and/or hazards.
