Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Desk in Dade City, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals and vehicles at the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and any unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Work collaboratively with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and unauthorized access.
Follow all company and client protocols to support a secure and orderly environment at the commercial real estate location.
