As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate properties, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document observations and report any unusual or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
Engage professionally with building occupants and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and property management to maintain a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.
