As a Security Officer - Commercial Property Patrol in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
- Observe for and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to help to deter incidents within the property.
- Assist visitors and tenants with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Work closely with Allied Universal management and property representatives to address security-related concerns and uphold site protocols.
