As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, and/or hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to occupants.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site policies.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points as required by the location.
Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, including participating in drills and following evacuation procedures as needed.
