As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as needed.
Interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Remain alert and aware of the surroundings at all times while on duty.
