As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with tenants and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any security-related issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and granting entry as required by site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors while representing Allied Universal at the location.
