Your visible presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide excellent customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences at the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
Complete required reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed by site procedures.
Remain alert to potential security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed to maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
