As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support access control procedures. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a secure environment through teamwork and integrity in a dynamic and people-focused setting.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances or unauthorized access in and around the property.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
