Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver in Waco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you move throughout the property. Your visible presence and customer service support a welcoming environment, while you uphold our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports as required by site procedures.
Work collaboratively with property management and other Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
