Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a vibrant commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants. You will support access control, monitor entry points, and provide excellent customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Assist with visitor management, including signing in guests and issuing visitor badges as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with emergency response activities as required by site-specific guidelines.
Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and/or building management as needed while representing Allied Universal.
