Job Description As a Security Officer - Command Center Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will help coordinate security-related operations by monitoring activity, triaging calls for service, and directing officers to posts and incidents. You will support access control and alarm response communications, keep accurate logs, and partner with site teams to help maintain smooth, professional operations. Requirements
- Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

- Have alarm panel experience preferred.
- Have CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
- Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarm systems, cameras, and/or other communications equipment; receive calls for service and relay information to on-site personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting details, and escalating per post orders.
- Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports such as incident reports, shift activity reports, dispatch records, and access control documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, and report observed issues, unusual activity, and/or maintenance concerns per site procedures.
