As a Security Officer Clinical Site Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Requirements

• Hospital site assignments may require proof of applicable vaccinations.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to manage visitor, vendor, and staff movement in accordance with site policies and healthcare location requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities and communicate relevant information to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
