Security Officer - Cleared (Clearance Required - Unarmed)
About The Position

We're hiring Cleared Security Officers to protect classified information, personnel, and property at a Department of Defense-cleared site in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Cleared Officer, you'll help safeguard sensitive environments where trust, integrity, and reliability are essential. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance - must be current and valid
- Minimum of one year of security experience, preferably on a DoD-cleared site
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Allied Universal driver policy standards
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology and reporting tools
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) or more years of security experience at a DoD-cleared facility
- Prior military or law enforcement background
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism
- Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information
- Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points
- Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel
- Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms
- Act as a first responder in emergency situations
