Job Description As a Security Officer - Clearance Required Patrol in Crestview, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated aerospace and defense locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will perform routine patrols, provide clear communication, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

One or more of the following is required: 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns within the aerospace and defense environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when necessary.
Assist with implementing emergency protocols and providing guidance to individuals during emergency situations within the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
