About The Position

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will also be responsible for mobile patrols around the property. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential issues.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding observed security-related concerns or incidents.
Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal policies.
Support emergency response protocols and assist with evacuation procedures as needed.
