As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned chemical and petrochemical locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first attitude. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order throughout the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential hazards.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter prohibited behavior and report any suspicious circumstances.
Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and emergency responders as needed.
Document incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Support chemical and petrochemical facility protocols by adhering to specialized procedures relevant to the location.
