As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will remain visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while embodying our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity through teamwork and a people-first approach.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the chemical or petrochemical location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
Monitor for unusual conditions or activity, and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to maintain awareness of ongoing security-related matters.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and following site access procedures.
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
