About The Position

As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in Warner Robins, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds across assigned areas, stay highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting patients, visitors, and staff with clear communication and respectful service. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and collaborate with hospital teams. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying clinical staff, management, and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.
  • Support access control by monitoring entry points, assisting with visitor check-in as directed, and helping to enforce facility rules related to restricted areas and after-hours access.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, document unusual occurrences, and communicate observations to the site supervisor and/or Allied Universal leadership per site procedures.
