Job Description As a Security Officer - Museum Patrol in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and property staff with professional customer service. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, document observations, and respond to issues with integrity, teamwork, and a caring, people-first approach in an agile, reliable, and innovative environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor check-in and/or badge procedures as directed by site policy, and help to maintain orderly foot and vehicle traffic flow.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, elevator calls, and/or property-related concerns, and notify site contacts and/or public responders as required.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate observations and follow-up needs to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.
