As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will be key in supporting a secure atmosphere. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, adapting to various working environments and conditions as required by the location.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or maintenance needs to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as appropriate.
Support access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to uphold security-related standards and procedures at the location.
