Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible throughout your shift, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Follow Allied Universal protocols for documentation and incident reporting.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.
Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and coordination with first responders when appropriate.
