About The Position

As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Access Control in Manchester, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. At a busy logistics and distribution location, our Security Officers help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols to support a secure environment. This role calls for strong customer service and communication while helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and operational spaces.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the perimeter, entrances, dock areas, and parking areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Maintain detailed logs of visitor activity, vehicle movement, and/or access events, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, or policy violations.
