Security Officer - Banking Lobby Attendant
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Banking Lobby Attendant in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring access, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or clients at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and logging visitors to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Assist with visitor and employee inquiries, offering directions and information as needed.
- Maintain awareness of all activities at the front desk and promptly report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with emergency response activities and communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client contacts as required.
