As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors, document observations, and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism. Requirements

Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, ATM areas, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter spaces as applicable.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or local emergency services as needed.
Help to monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and assist with directing visitors, vendors, and employees in accordance with site procedures.
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, note unusual activity or hazards, and support business continuity by following post orders and escalation protocols.
