Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
  • Prepare routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or daily observations, and support Allied Universal standards for assigned post responsibilities.
