As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to situations as needed, and communicating clearly with clients and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific protocols while on duty.
Assist with access control measures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site procedures.
