Job Description As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Monitor in Symmes Twp, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a financial institution location. You will interact with employees and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding site protocols.
Document all incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
