As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to all visitors and staff. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the premises.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to maintain a professional environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any security-related concerns encountered during shifts.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
Provide visible presence throughout the financial institution location to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment.
