As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with customers and staff, deliver exceptional service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. This is a driving position, offering the opportunity to be active and engaged throughout your shift in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the financial institution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to offer assistance and uphold Allied Universal standards.
Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities in a timely manner.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary in accordance with site-specific protocols.
