As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience with customer service is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols within the financial institution setting.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter potential incidents and promote a welcoming environment.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters as required.
