As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will remain visible throughout your shift, support a secure environment, and communicate professionally with visitors and staff, reflecting our company's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the financial institution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist with access control procedures and verify identification as necessary.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.
Remain alert to unusual activities or conditions that may pose security-related risks in the financial institution environment.
