Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a financial institution location, where you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and conduct patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to established protocols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related needs and provide support as required.
