As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a renowned automotive location by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve interacting professionally with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service, and addressing any security-related concerns that arise. Requirements

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to automotive facilities and related areas.
Report and document all security-related incidents, observations, and activity according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate security-related concerns or trends observed during patrols.
