As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and utilize technology to support access control and alarm response. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive facility and along its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activities, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered while on patrol.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents or security-related matters.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas as required by site policies.
Assist with emergency evacuations or drills as directed by site leadership or Allied Universal protocols.
