As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location and its personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances within the location.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors to provide assistance and information as needed.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Assist with incident documentation and report writing, maintaining accurate records of activities and observations.
