Job Description As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver in Tomahawk, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior within the automotive environment.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering designated areas as required.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
