You will remain highly visible to support a secure environment and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing directions and information relevant to the location.
