As an Access Control professional in an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will manage access points, maintain a visible presence, and assist with badge procedures. This is a driving post. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and vendors with access control procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Document and report any security-related incidents or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related threats or suspicious activity.
Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific procedures.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns within the location.
