Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding promptly to incidents to support a secure environment. Requirements

• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must have a valid Armed Guard Card or License as required by state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter potential threats and promoting a secure environment.
• Monitor entry points and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner, offering assistance and information as appropriate.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established protocols.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings within a technology and media-focused environment, adapting security-related responses as necessary.
• Remain prepared to respond to alarms and/or emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when required.
