Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all persons on location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution location, including the interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or disruptive behavior by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials when required, and maintaining a visible presence on location.
• Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through attentive observation, adherence to post orders, and timely communication with supervisors and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.
