As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct regular patrols at a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for clients and staff. Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while carrying a firearm in accordance with post requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the financial institution to help to deter potential threats and maintain a secure environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance and information as needed.
Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activities, or hazards observed during patrols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols for armed security personnel.
Adhere to all Allied Universal and site-specific policies and procedures, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
