As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment within financial institution locations.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous manner, providing assistance as needed while upholding security-related protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when required, following established escalation procedures.
