Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and support screening of visitors, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site post orders for a defense-related location.
- Carry authorized armed equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and post instructions, maintaining professional conduct and readiness throughout the shift.
