As a Security Officer - Armed Dispatch Aero/Defense Driver in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly with team members, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Requirements

• A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possession of a college degree is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or general education diploma as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of personnel and visitors as required by site-specific procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, following established protocols and maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
• Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to address incidents or requests for assistance throughout the location.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, records, and reports of all security-related activities, incidents, and communications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Assist in implementing emergency response activities and procedures as directed by client or Allied Universal protocols.
• Support a customer service-oriented environment by addressing inquiries and providing guidance regarding site-specific policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular communication checks with security-related personnel stationed throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or respond to emerging situations.
