As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role includes routine patrols, staying visible to support a secure environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of financial institution locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any irregularities or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
Support access control procedures, verifying identification and managing entry and exit points as required.
Assist with emergency evacuations or drills, following established protocols for financial institution environments.
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
Adhere to all site-specific armed post requirements and maintain appropriate licenses and certifications.
