About The Position

As a Airport Traffic Control Officer in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, directing and managing flow of traffic, enforcing security protocols and procedures helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• 20+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information or directions as needed, maintaining a welcoming presence at the location.
• Document and communicate all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency responders when required, supporting the security-related operations at the location.
