Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• 21+ years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards observed during patrols.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site-specific procedures.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding incidents or concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.
